We were the proud owners and operators of

the Swiss Cottage in Katoomba, NSW.

It was home to great food, good times and a warm atmosphere. It was a local favourite that attracted visitors from far and wide. 

 

After 22 years of running our Cottage, 

our intention was to sell and retire...

However, 

our love for food was too overwhelming

so we started a new adventure.
